Oporto Airport & Business Hotel

Super nice design/layout with huge shower, comfortable bed. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Electric charging in the parking area below for EV cars. Very close to the airport but the rooms are soundproofed very well. No luggage rolling noise in the hallways at 3:00 am. It is important to get some rest when traveling and this hotel has made the effort to assure the rooms are comfortable and quiet.

I chose this hotel purely for the reason they had a rooftop pool. At first when I arrived, I was told the pool was closed. Later in the evening, I asked another staff if the pool was open, the person said the pool was open, but very cold. This was good enough for me, and I went for a swim, in the nice cold pool. Therefore a 5 star review, they delivered what I wanted (after asking 2 times) 😂

Good quality business focused hotel close to Porto Airport & with a pre-booked free shuttle service. Seemed popular with air crews & does have a small plunge pool and sun terrace on the roof. Air conditioning in rooms & common areas was good & effective. Although air-con only works when room key is in room slot. Variety & options at breakfast was disappointing, especially for hot food, for the price. Be aware that bathrooms have clear, partly masked, glass walls between bathroom and bedroom. So if you are sharing a room you will need to be comfortable with a limited amount of bathroom privacy. Also be aware that one end of the hotel is right next to main metro line. Although that's likely only audible if you are in very end of corridor rooms like I was.

This is an overpriced hotel just because is close to the hotel. At least we paid more than 100€ a night (compared to the next day in Swiss Alpes for the same price and amenities) Anyway, I expected at least a good experience, but we didn’t had any of that. We arrive around midnight and we had the flight at 8 am, so when we arrived they asked us at what time we needed the shuttle. We said 7 am and they said OK. We arrived 5min late and the shuttle is gone. So I asked when it’s the next one and the lady at the desk told me 30min and I was late so other guests can’t wait for me. I understand. But she could have called us for example to see if it was possible to wait a few minutes. Anyway… I was pissed that she didn’t even called because I didn’t know they had other guests at that time since we could choose any hour to go. When the taxi arrived like 3min later, the shuttle arrived too!! That lady could have contacted the shuttle but she didn’t!! The airport is like 3min away!! She even went talk to me outside since she saw I was not happy and tried to convince me I was wrong… I never said to wait for us. She could have just callled us or contact the shuttle…. But she was SUPER RUDE!!! This happened on September 26, 2023 around 7 am. Super bad experience with this particular person.

A good functional hotel for business travelers. Very close to the airport. Next to a big corn field. ||Very courteous staff. Always had big smiles and made my stay very pleasant.||There is laundry onsite. There is airport drop and pick-up 24x7. Onsite restaurant opens as early as 3 am and has good vegetarian options on the menu. |||
